  1. I really enjoyed your pictures this semester! I love how you organized your photos for this final portfolio to give a good depiction of your life and personality. Your pictures of everyday life offer a new perspective that I wouldn't think to look for. My favorite photo is #4! I love the colors and the essence of movement. Great job!

  2. I really liked your pictures and the topics you chose for them. My favorite was the commuting section because there is so much there that I can relate to. For that reason, my favorite is picture 4 from the Commuting section. Great job!

  3. Hello Annie,
I found your chapters to be awesome, they show us what is really important to you and what you see everyday. My favorite photo is #1 of Colorful Chaos. The lights and the different kinds of bulbs look really cool. Plus, it looks like it was some kind of show/concert, so the music probably made it all come together somehow.

  4. Hi Annie!

It's interesting that the construction on some of your photos are all over the place - looking, up, down, ahead, up close. But I think that describes the person you are, always on the move and onto the next thing. You've definitely communicated that through your photos. I think if you edited some of a them a bit more they would look even better than they already do! #2 under urban jungle makes me feel like you're laying on the ground looking up at the sky on a nice day, and that's all I want right now! Photo of the year for me would have to be #3 under colorful chaos. It's really personal without being too revealing (since you can't tell what some of the objects are, or are used for). Great job this semester!

  5. Hey Annie! Great job this semester! I really liked looking through your final blog. I felt like you took me on a journey through your week. Your titles also added to your story. I really enjoyed the variety of subjects, distances, and angles. It made looking through your pictures more interesting. I was stuck between two pictures but my favorite picture of the year would have to go to Picture #2 in the chapter “Urban Jungle”. I think the angle makes the picture really different. It had me imaging how you must have been standing to get that shot. I also like the pop of blue the sky adds to the photo. Awesome job!

  6. Hi Annie! For your construction, all of your pictures are centered, evenly spaced, and organized into different chapters. For your communication, the majority of your pictures can be read easily. I like that they all revolve around Philly. Picture #6 in of the tickets in the “Colorful Chaos” chapter reminds me of a Bulls vs. Sixers game that I went to this semester. For the conception of your pictures, it looks like you wanted to show us what your life is like during the semester, so thanks for showing us! My vote for picture of the year is picture #4 in your “Home Sweet Home” chapter. Every time I look at it, I think of the movie Breakfast at Tiffany’s, which is one of my favorite movies. Good job!

  7. Hi Annie! I really enjoy the photos in your final portfolio. They are all very adventurous photos and give off a sense of exploration. I like how most of your photos aren't centered or perfectly placed like they were set up. They seem very spur of the moment. Your picture of the year for me is the colored ceiling photo. The colors are great and the hustle and bustle of the people add a lot to the photo.

  8. Hi Annie, I like the title "Urban Jungle." I enjoyed the whole works, but I wanted to see bigger size of vertical photographs. I like the first and last picture of "Home Sweet Home." The purple toothbrush holder is colorful and very cute. Usually we just take it as something pretty and small, but since you took very close picture of it, it seems pretty dynamic! The last one of the same chapter is very mysterious. I still don't know what it is! The best work is the 4th photograph from "Commute Passings and Finds." It shows Philly's typical underground scenery (that I really don't like when it's dirty and smells bad) but it also has very beautiful colors. That gives me fascinating side of the underground area.
